PhD Event
The PhD Event aims to provide a space for Doctoral Researchers to vocalise and discuss their research among peers and academics and receive feedback. Ultimately, the objective of the PhD Event is to strengthen a sense of belonging to the DRS PhD community and trigger further initiatives for supporting this community.
The event is held as a series of activities during the DRS2022 Conference. The activities will offer a supportive and engaging environment for Doctoral Researchers around the world to share their research and experiences of conducting research in the design field.
Seventy-four Doctoral Researchers participate in the event this year, representing a variety of Doctoral work (e.g., theoretical, practice-based, and practice-led among others), across various domains and at different stages if their PhD journey.
